...ervice based company. Not much growth you can expect from these kind of company. Pay is good and appraisal is fair.

Attitude towards employees. Developers are not part of any discussion, but forced to follow unpractical deadlines

Small Comapny and you get to know many people easily, if you have great soft skills then it opens lot of doors

Dislikes

Company policies are not comparable with Industry leaders, cant afford to pay lot hence you will find medicore performers. Lot of people are long timers who are their for their retirement life.

I was part of a product team at Quinnox. The work culture was great and so were learning opportunities. Manager and eollegues was very kind and supporting.

Dislikes

Salary is average here. Poor recognition of work by management and less appreciations given to hard working people. Upper management neither understood how to keep employees motivated nor knew the importance of the developers building the core APIs. They were mostly blown away by even minor changes on User Interface

Quinnox always provide good compensation & benefits to it's employees, always support employees as we can see during COVID-19 no lays off no salary cuts, where other companies are cutting salaries and lays off employees during such tough situation which is really not good.

I like the kind of responsibilities given not based on experience but as per the person's capibility.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Most of the times there would be extended hours with no extra benefits for its compensation.
