Working in Quinbay as a fresher gives you an edge over others. It's a great place to kick-start a career. The work may or may not become interesting as you grow further as most of the problems of e-commerce are well known.

Nothing big, can say that we need to push the boundaries as late-night deployments are common here due to e-commerce domain.

Good learning curve, get to work with multiple teams. They provide breakfast and lunch (previously used to provide dinner as well but not now) for free. As a QA you get to learn with lot of Automation frameworks and lot of tools. If your are fresher this is good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Some managers don't provide don't provide WFH or Leaves. Work life balance is terrible. Manager gives you lot of work and he wants you to complete before the deadline. They don't care about your struggles and challenges. Suggest not to join as QA go for development role.

Many things depends on manager but most common things are, you will learn a lot until a certain period of time.

Work life balance will affect a lot. some manager expect you to do extra work over a weekend and overall management expects you to take interviews and some extra work on weekend. also at sale time you are expected to work in shifts. so this can affect your overall health and timings badly.
