They provided good chef for food and travel facilities only .but all other all terible

Dislikes

Now Iam not working there, but I worked there for 3 months . That was terrible . They dont provide any facilities to the engineers. They will not allow even good room to stay .also the owners are not educated one .they also use very bulgur languages to the staffs

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. There is huge opportunities to improve skills and getting technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure is very high so that I have to work 12-14 Hrs.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
