apart from a few good colleagues, nothing is good. decisions are taken in closed rooms and processes keeps on changing overnight. management does not have clarity how to run a business efficiently.

Nothing is good about this company. Pathetic Culture, management & HR will not listen to the employees but will only concentrate on what TL says.

If you want to highlight any concerns they will not listen to you at all but they will ask you to leave the job by giving rubbish reasons. Work culture is pathetic and full on politics. Think before you apply for any position in this organization.
