Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

they don't credit the salary properly, 3 months salary is pending for me, terrible office atmosphere filled with mosquitoes and rats, no appraisal...etc

Only Teammates are good, very unclean production floor, salary was not paid on time, every 20 th they will provide the part salary, to say simply this company is suitable for age above 40.
