I really love to work in my company because it provides me a comfort zone.I feel very supportive from here even in my lows.And also I got appreciations in my hard works,it's really boosts me to do much more effort for next time.I learn so many things from here which are useful for my carrier and for that I am very thankful to my company.

I know every jobs have some pressures but some times it's very hard to balance my work-life.And also handling some of our customers makes me so much stressful.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
