No job guarantee Dont honor 3 months notice, will force workers on bench to move out in less than month and dont pay 3 month full salary also Growth is very slow and low recognition Very very less salaries and less competitiveness

...no proper projects, middle and higher managements without any idea on what next. Wont pay good for lateral entries, forget about appraisals.

Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

Good start for all the freshers.. can gain in depth knowledge about the outside world and lot of new experience occurs here..👍👍👍👍

Service bond and low salary for the freshers that's the only thing I don't like here.

Salary is paid on time with good job security and have flexible working hours. It totally depends on the client you work for.

Dislikes

No recognition and rewards. Very less yearly leaves. No fair appraisal even if you are excellent. Performance ratings are just for formalities and has no value. Most of the things which says for employee beneficiary are just for formalities which has no real outcome or adds value in the growth of an employee. No smooth relieving even if you are clear and there is no dependency.
