Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

1. Your skills will come to an end 2. No Engineering works- simply a puppet who have to dance on the beats of customer requirements 3. Class 3 Managers who will treat you like cow to milk 4. Bad appraisal system 5. Stay here without promotions for years 6. If you join here you will retire here as you will not have any scope after this 7. After joining no one will render support and care for you 8. You may lose your job if PO with clients end 9. You have to work as per the requirements of client and you will become slave of client 10. For making customers happy they will kick your back 11. People will refer you as they get monetary benefits for refering and also it is part of their KRA to refer 5 people every year - that is part of their appraisal sys

salary very low compared to other companies for campus joinees, very little hike (a joke tbh). completed one year but very sad to settle with low salary not recommended for campus joinees average office culture

Seriously no corporate culture is followed here. So many false commitments and there are many hidden deductions in the salary part which they will never say in prior. No promotion or hike. They will never allow you to grow here. Worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire career.

Felt work life balance is good after serving 1year , if you are fresher work life balance also not good

All are dislikes only, no increments , no promotions . If you get promotion also there is no appreciation in salary. Poor increments
