There is nothing good in this company ,full of office politics

...go there this is the thing happening in there almost 1 year plus her torturing .The main thing is I have been transferred from Trivandrum location to Gurgaon location so in that time I didn’t even get any office accommodation (at the time of transfer they had offered accommodation)or any salary benefits from them ,we are transferred to a completely new place ,as a women I don’t have any safety plus the managers didn’t ask for any help I didn’t got any pg to stay for the whole day I feel nervous and used to call the Malayali community for the stay for a particular period , after all they didn’t even increase my salary ,the same basic salary I had been work there, the expense in this city is very high even though I got promoted to on-site also didn’t even get any pinch of money hike in that time it’s very hard to survive there as a women without enough money and safety .company don’t want to know about there employee safety or salary details they need someone to do there task .so please don’t come to this office there is no job security and the same time if you work hard it is not going to reflect on your promotion there are some office politics going on the people who are belongs to it would get the salary hike and promotions so don’t go for this worst company it’s a request

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

I worked for around 2.5 years in this company. Here most of the managers you will get will micromanage you and will push you so that they can take out as much work as possible from you without being empathetic towards you. Even if client is cool with your work management here will keep bothering and will keep pushing you to take more work as they usually have limited budget. Better avoid this company altogether, join only if you are not getting any other offers. Also once you put papers and plan to leave,managers here will make your life hell and will try their best to stop your career. So beware before joining here and do your research well.

There is nothing to be liked here. So many deductions from your gross salary. Only pro is you will be getting salary on time.

I don't like to work. Quest is not a company....just manpower supply firm to customer.

Dislikes

1. Variable pay system and no benefits as money only showing in paper....company can decide the variable pay based on billing from client. 2. Managers are not trained for discipline and just for pushing the team with our knowing the job. 3. Notice period 90days...aim to target the employer carrier and loosing the opportunity and targeting and sending the employees with out benefits. 4. Quest just following the customer requirements and doesn't think about the employees feelings and carrier and self growth.

Good working environment and supportive team mates as well as Manager. We will get some minimum amount of hike every year

Dislikes

...timate aim is to stop his career, there will not be any smooth relieving policy. Will not get full variable pay as mentioned in the offer. If somebody has specific career aspiration then this is not right place to work.
