There is nothing good in this company ,full of office politics

...go there this is the thing happening in there almost 1 year plus her torturing .The main thing is I have been transferred from Trivandrum location to Gurgaon location so in that time I didn’t even get any office accommodation (at the time of transfer they had offered accommodation)or any salary benefits from them ,we are transferred to a completely new place ,as a women I don’t have any safety plus the managers didn’t ask for any help I didn’t got any pg to stay for the whole day I feel nervous and used to call the Malayali community for the stay for a particular period , after all they didn’t even increase my salary ,the same basic salary I had been work there, the expense in this city is very high even though I got promoted to on-site also didn’t even get any pinch of money hike in that time it’s very hard to survive there as a women without enough money and safety .company don’t want to know about there employee safety or salary details they need someone to do there task .so please don’t come to this office there is no job security and the same time if you work hard it is not going to reflect on your promotion there are some office politics going on the people who are belongs to it would get the salary hike and promotions so don’t go for this worst company it’s a request

...l stress. Hikes postponed by 6 months without arrears and the hikes were so low. Performance based bonus payout was so low since last 3-4 years. Stagnentation everywhere. No growth to be seen anywhere. Top leadership is clueless.

1. Your skills will come to an end 2. No Engineering works- simply a puppet who have to dance on the beats of customer requirements 3. Class 3 Managers who will treat you like cow to milk 4. Bad appraisal system 5. Stay here without promotions for years 6. If you join here you will retire here as you will not have any scope after this 7. After joining no one will render support and care for you 8. You may lose your job if PO with clients end 9. You have to work as per the requirements of client and you will become slave of client 10. For making customers happy they will kick your back 11. People will refer you as they get monetary benefits for refering and also it is part of their KRA to refer 5 people every year - that is part of their appraisal sys

I worked for around 2.5 years in this company. Here most of the managers you will get will micromanage you and will push you so that they can take out as much work as possible from you without being empathetic towards you. Even if client is cool with your work management here will keep bothering and will keep pushing you to take more work as they usually have limited budget. Better avoid this company altogether, join only if you are not getting any other offers. Also once you put papers and plan to leave,managers here will make your life hell and will try their best to stop your career. So beware before joining here and do your research well.

There is nothing to be liked here. So many deductions from your gross salary. Only pro is you will be getting salary on time.

Thy recruit with out any projects in pipeline...keep us on bench and create that tense feeling of no job security.... What HR vl have had info is not the same that management or managers vl have ..... manager doesn't bother to inform what's happening, don't respond and change in work status wouldn't be informed before u see it in your email, doesn't discuss anything.... disgusting...
