Appreciation and appresal are vry less. Package is too low for the experienced person Work is too much no work-life balance..

Good learning tool wise. Sometimes technical is good. Depends on your client. Good manager, team mates.

No work life balance at all, when working from home. Low salary ( atleast it's better than other service industry)

...ing graph will be good for employees Management is good and easily approachable. Salary hike will be good for the newly joining experienced professionals. Employee can share the interested field they wish to work and management is really considering that whenever opportunity is open.

Work life balance is not upto the mark. Appraisal is moderate. Fully customer oriented work system and it will be better if it is even more employee supportive system. Notice period is 90 days. Sometimes management will not listen to you untill you apply resignation.

Creating a platform for engineers to work in different verticals and provide a good experience.

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

Seriously no corporate culture is followed here. So many false commitments and there are many hidden deductions in the salary part which they will never say in prior. No promotion or hike. They will never allow you to grow here. Worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire career.
