I said only what am I feel to work with quess crop LTD. The treatments, training,work innovation and work environment are good but job security, salary/appraisal and work life balance is poor because don't provide to me my salary slip and pf account number till now. Recently I got my esic no. After one year back. In 31st December 2018 issue to me my joining letter but our supprior are not serious about this.

Quess is big Group.. Depends upon your experience they will give you hike in salary.. Iam belongs to Maintenance Engineer in a Mechanical.. And posting was in Schneider Electric in hyderabad work culture good and salaries intime credited. Quess teams givee Overtime (OT) 2x of your daily wage and supports alot for employees.. working with Quess Corp is terrible i am deploy in a Govt Undertaking office as an Electrical Engineer all are corrupt they only think how to make money no the operation manager only think about there monthly bills and fix billing they don't want to listen any problem to there staff only

...nt listen your Problem you face in daily they just want the client make happy for salary issues they are like "JAMMENDAAR" AND WANT "A BANDUWA MAJDOOR"

Quess work environment superb but no hikes this is only drawbck and remaining all are good and they will give salary within time there's no problem about this and overall I will give feedback good to Join without issues
