Company is good but not management, they can kick you whenever they want even if you 4 to 5 year of your life.

Politices in senior management, that why no job security, poor salary package, work expectations are more than your anual package in a month

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.
