There is nothing to like about company

So many things 1) They deduct their company digital platform charges from employee Salary, 2) Hide many things before onboarding. Like, Leave policy, Insurance Policy, Company Terms and Conditions. 3) without prior notify they do anything with employee job, Salary, etc Guys don't join Quess if they offering you even 200 to 300% hike on your salary. This my biggest mistake i joined. Quess=Guess No management, Everything they hide

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.

I worked as a sales executive deputed to Axis Bank for two years and faced challenges with the HR team during that time. Despite my efforts over one and a half years to update my email ID, there was no proper response to salary-related queries, and I often felt a lack of respect. I kindly suggest addressing these issues to enhance the team's responsiveness and professionalism in the future.
