Quess was good at salary processing we were receiving on time salary

Dislikes

Quess has very bad recruitment team, Because till we join they tell us lot of lie. But we cannot blame recruiters even they will be having their own targets. Also they should think that after joining the practicality might spoil some ones career.

There is no such dislikes I have in Quess but one concern I have that level salary is not same ..For same postion people having big difference of salary . Quess is really a best place to work ..

You will get salary on time every month even lockdown period.

Dislikes

After working for 3 years there is no increment . My CTC is same since I join the company. Manager and others banking roll employees are getting promotion but working for the toughest part of the banking job and generating direct revenue from the company's end still there is no job security ,future improvement no appraisal in april no bonus . You can be terminated by 3 months unproductive performance in a year starting from your 1st unproductive month. No matter whether you directly interact with customer and make a deal with them ,you go out to pick up documents by your own expensive and come to office and do all login and disbursement paper job but direct company payroll will treat you as a outsider and you will be seen as a disbelief untrusted person all the time.
