Leave encashment not there. Extra yearly leaves gets lapsed. Variable part is included in salary. So, yearly bonus is getting paid from your own salary and that to u ll get part of that. Yearly appraisal is between 3-7%

Nothing much to like about working at here except the flexible shift system. good place for lazy people.

Worst management, No career growth, no appraisal, not so great work-life balance. They expect you to work without proper remuneration, you have to do even housekeeping work when asked to, salary will differ each month, deductions in salary without proper reasons.
