working with Quess Corp is terrible i am deploy in a Govt Undertaking office as an Electrical Engineer all are corrupt they only think how to make money no the operation manager only think about there monthly bills and fix billing they don't want to listen any problem to there staff only

...nt listen your Problem you face in daily they just want the client make happy for salary issues they are like "JAMMENDAAR" AND WANT "A BANDUWA MAJDOOR"

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.
