.... Employees wants company support but they didn't support us..... For example... Yearly once valve of things or needs are increasing but our salary still basic while joining fixed.... But work load is day by day increasing...

Nothing much to like about working at here except the flexible shift system. good place for lazy people.

Worst management, No career growth, no appraisal, not so great work-life balance. They expect you to work without proper remuneration, you have to do even housekeeping work when asked to, salary will differ each month, deductions in salary without proper reasons.
