...as been posted on Axis Bank merchant Aquiring. The culture of axis bank is good. There are no hold on salary system. Axis is an brand where we work. Everything's is okk if you done your monthly target.

This an company where no career growth. I an company if someone worked in a company with highest achievement then must have to promote the employees, but in this company there is no chance of growth

...r the same report again and again. They are internally not at all organised. Only good part is, they credit the salary on time i.e. 1st of every month. If you are needy, then only join but if you have big passions and store out of the box thinking then do not even think about it. Also, they have multiple offices in bangalore, so be ready to travel from one office to another without any reimbursement.
