Quess is big Group.. Depends upon your experience they will give you hike in salary.. Iam belongs to Maintenance Engineer in a Mechanical.. And posting was in Schneider Electric in hyderabad work culture good and salaries intime credited. Quess teams givee Overtime (OT) 2x of your daily wage and supports alot for employees.. No Other client(except present) and zero job security. No official email id, no office laptop from quess corp, you have to use everything given by client. Timesheet issue every month for approval.

Very hesitated moment while working under quess corp Salary and claims will not be accurate while joining you will get CTC and take home salary but they will deduct in every month salary And claims is also 3months once only we can able to claim

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
