Provided less salary according to work ,no increment,no promotion I have completed almost 3 yr but here m not seeing any type promotion .except this overall facilities are goog

There are so many dislike. 1. No job security. 2. Poor mangement dont listen to employee. 3.Client intervention and they decide who to promote and who stay. 4. No promotion. 5.Zero support for family emergecy. 6.No job training.

I kindly suggest addressing these issues to enhance the team's responsiveness and professionalism in the future.
