... two types Employee is there permanent and non permanent for permanent employee Some Good work environment and salary hike appraisals etc etc but non permanent they give there 101% but nothing only zero 00000 So no like

They hire for Trainer and they take work from us anything mis mobilization counselors etc etc

...t. Manager differentiates between trainer and doesn't give appreciation to work. Salary is decent but carrier growth is low. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

We worked under less salary on trusting company for our entire carrier tennure but end of the day during lockdown company not stood with the employee. They drawn us. But I am proud to say that I worked with with one of the topest company which sustained us for more than 5 years. But managent is not good.

Good experience. Because,Company provides better opportunity to empower the people from the rural areas by giving them job.By giving them job, We can provide new life to them.Also,It was a good opportunity to improve my training skills.

Compensation is poor and growth is slow.Work pressure is also very high.Actually our working hours is 9,but some times I need to work more than 13 hours.For ensuring the retention and document collection,I Need to call candidates after working hours.
