Worst company, sense less Manger. No give proper CTC, in the name of variable pay 30% CTC will not be given. Because of doing the given assignments properly. Only depending on me. Not dividing workload equally to all the team members. Worst experience.

...th team members. They always hire in contract but never converts into permanent. They provide salary less and give pressure more always compare each other. Not providing incentive they set target much so that nobody can achieve those targets and they will be in benefit.
