1. False Commitments 2. Fake Promises about incentives 3. Layoffs at the time of appraisals 4. Upper management is least bothered about ground realities 5. Highly Biased environment 6. No value of talent 8. Middle management asking for money with in the teams and to the client as well 9. Incentives are never given as promised/Committed 10. Do not care about top performers 11.
