Less PF deduction from the CTC and hence in hand salary will be more compared to other companies. I'm working from client location and hence no need to go to Quesscorp office. I don't know about salary hikes because I worked for just 11 months but I heard from my colleagues that they'll give moderate hikes.

... twice HRs visited our client office for face-to-face interaction. Then nothing. Salary with project - As long as you're in a project with client, you're eligible for monthly salary. Otherwise, you'll remain as an employee to Quesscorp but you won't get your salary until you get project from Quesscorp. Same case happened to me that my project had been rolled off within 11 months of joining and I tried to contact Quesscorp HRs multiple times via emails, WhatsApp for any job openings related to my profile but I didn't even get that they acknowledged my email (Very bad experience for me and thought better trying outside). Taxable travel allowance - We're eligible to get travel allowance as our client is not providing cab facility to the employees but this travel allowance is also taxable. Training & Certification - Quesscorp has a policy of 1 year service agreement with the employee that if you claim the amount for any external paid technical training and certification irrespective of the cost(even though if it is 1000 rupees). I thought this policy should modify the service agreement time range based on the cost of the certification.

I JOINED IN A CONTRACT 2 HIRE ROLE. 1) SALARY ON 7TH OF EVERY MONTH 2) HARRASMENT DURING NOTICE PERIOD 3) EXTENDED MY NOTICE PERIOD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 4) THEY DELAY BY MONTHS IN GIVING RELIEVING LETTER & FNF 5) WORST COMPANY TO WORK. 6) HR NEVER REPLIES ON EMAIL OR PICKS UP YOUR CALL OR CALLS BACK PLEASE NEVER EVER JOIN, STAY UNEMPLOYED BUT PLEASE DONT JOIN.

...th team members. They always hire in contract but never converts into permanent. They provide salary less and give pressure more always compare each other. Not providing incentive they set target much so that nobody can achieve those targets and they will be in benefit.

Worst company, sense less Manger. No give proper CTC, in the name of variable pay 30% CTC will not be given. Because of doing the given assignments properly. Only depending on me. Not dividing workload equally to all the team members. Worst experience.

...h are there for long years. No new projects after lost high visibility projects. No salary hike almost for 2 years and no promotion, even after hardwork of 2 years.
