Quess is big Group.. Depends upon your experience they will give you hike in salary.. Iam belongs to Maintenance Engineer in a Mechanical.. And posting was in Schneider Electric in hyderabad work culture good and salaries intime credited. Quess teams givee Overtime (OT) 2x of your daily wage and supports alot for employees.. Since I have joined as a vocational trainer on 2022 I have a very good experience and I'm happy also about my work too am.As quess is providing employment for us without any experience it s a good matter

I said only what am I feel to work with quess crop LTD. The treatments, training,work innovation and work environment are good but job security, salary/appraisal and work life balance is poor because don't provide to me my salary slip and pf account number till now. Recently I got my esic no. After one year back. In 31st December 2018 issue to me my joining letter but our supprior are not serious about this.

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.
