IT'S a best company to work,IT departments are so large and provide best services Quality of each and every department is so good and Quality is perfect.

Dislikes

Worst part of quess is There is no salary Hike after 6 months or 1year of employee work in my personal experience.when we ask also they are saying not much perfectly.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary are paid on 7th of every month. If 7th is Saturday or Sunday salary happens after 7th. Never give salary before 7th. No appraisal happens. No promotion. Everything depends on clients.

If client no problem with clients then it is a good company for job security. Also they support for your queries with quick response

Dislikes

They takeing both the employee & employer PF share from the employee. Each month your salary slip will be different. Too much low salary for employees & no increment, bonus, etc

Such a useless company, they wont think about your future career prospects. I don't like this company..

Dislikes

There is no open process for time sheet attendance maintenance and salary will not be at proper at time. And wont get timely management responses..
