Not much, worked there for 4.5 years. things may go up & down, but get stable (handled well) soon.

They Dont know how to run corporate company no good feedback and there is a list of bad feedbacks

Totally dumb owners dosen't rewared or respect their employees. No increment and no any feasible enviornment hiring and firing is so common here.

There's nothing to. Like about in this company. They have terrible work culture and just forget about your personal life and appraisal because you won't get it here while working with them. They will say that just wait a little longer you will get you appraisal for sure but you won't instead they will make you work more. I waited for more than 6 months but then i left and few months later they kicked out all the employees who were asking for increment.

Poor work culture Flexible working hours meaning you have to work sometimes 9hrs sometimes 10 or even 12 hrs. Fraud people You can never be paid enough here no matter how much you work. No appreciation. Just a fraud company
