Poor salary Hikes. No sense of achievement as you will be working on Builder.ai(Worst code base Still using class components). You will be stuck learning their framework and have to forgot Fast pace development in React native world.

permanent work from home really helps me to learn skills along with work and gives a great work balance also flexible timing is a really helpful, you can learn new skill, continue your passion with the job, save a lot of time

same thing permanent work from home somtimes is like a charm but reduces socializing, as everyone is virtual.
