Dislikes

Undue work pressure and dynamic roadmap, leading to confusion and uncertainty in actionable and no clarity on near future. No logic for appraisal/promotion, people having less experience are hired as your RM, who are not even aware of the industry, domain or best practices. Hence it becomes difficult as you first need to train your RMs and then abide their illogical orders plus they are not flexible/open to listening, have heard a lot of time, you need to do this as I am saying so. Irrelevant hierarchy in the organisation leading to silos with the top management.
