Salary comes in 1st week of the month. Pathetic work life balance eventhough they say you need to work only for 9hrs. Managers act like they know everything but when you ask for help, they won't. They say they'll have your back during client call but they immediately disown you during the call and if the client gets angry, they'll say it's your incompetence.

WFH till 2024 end. Flexible working hours and conditions. Good pay and hike overall

Dislikes

Low HR support in terms of conflict resolution. Money wins over work always. Too much internal escalations on teammates. Single issue HR intervenes which erodes confidence in employees

The CEO and other higher authorities respect and understand real talent. Good work environment and higher job security. Consistent opportunities to improve your skills. The company provides a great learning curve.

I believe the dislikes depend on the team you end up with. other than this, Qiantzig is really a good company to work with.
