Salary comes in 1st week of the month. Pathetic work life balance eventhough they say you need to work only for 9hrs. Managers act like they know everything but when you ask for help, they won't. They say they'll have your back during client call but they immediately disown you during the call and if the client gets angry, they'll say it's your incompetence.

WFH till 2024 end. Flexible working hours and conditions. Good pay and hike overall

Dislikes

Low HR support in terms of conflict resolution. Money wins over work always. Too much internal escalations on teammates. Single issue HR intervenes which erodes confidence in employees

The salary structure is really good for both freshers and experienced. if you have some extraordinary skills, no one can stop you to reach new heights in your career. The CEO and other higher authorities respect and understand real talent. Good work environment and higher job security. Consistent opportunities to improve your skills. The company provides a great learning curve.

I believe the dislikes depend on the team you end up with. other than this, Qiantzig is really a good company to work with.

As a technical support engineer, I really enjoyed the type of work assigned to me. Lots of learning and innovation opportunities. if you are utilizing the resources provided to you in the correct manner, then the company offers several development opportunities.

Less paid leaves. Lack of communication during the period of work from home.
