...f company Ajit Menon he is micromanage everything and not listen any employee And salary is not on time every time is delay They are not celebrating any function or activities in company,also there are not growth for learning new technology

There are so many things.All the managers who are aged and are in senior positions they are just bootlickers they dont have any idea about what a data scientist or a software engineer goes through to achieve a target that too at a fresher level.They just know how to insult people,highly unprofessional MD will be giving you bad words and what not that too you have to listen.HR if any complaint is there she will never ever take it seriously whatsoever the situation would be rather she will be showing you what more things you should do but will never be accept their fault.Highly unprofessional support and sales team.These two teams are having people who haven't completed their bachelor's degree but still they will be in a position insult you in every possible way.Sales team have entered values like comma,hash,full stop in the main database just tell them anything they will never do it as if you never told them.Sales team likes to insult people in whatever way possible.Support team can give a whole computer CPU, monitor etc to wfh what can I say for this as well as their manager is so shameless he ll always be insulting you like you were born yesterday and doesn't know anything about your profession.There is just one person in customer service who will chat with her bestie for hours and then when she sees you talking to people she will be like please focus on your work just because she is a senior.

Dirty Politics and Favouritism. Technical Managers with Zero knowledge and Tenfold Arrogance. Roshan Mahakalkar is a manipulate undeserving manager who stays as a manager due to his politics and blame shifting abilities. He himself has no talents other than using fear and manipulation and appear as a lead taking credits he doesn't even deserve. TL of his team is arrogant washed out entitled ¢uπt who is a carbon copy of him and she acts like a true hillbilly in a so called corporate office. Different lunch timings for different departments, some people from unprofitable department behaving informally behaving like teenagers causing nuisance with no regards, everyone in office has to suffer them due to different lunch timings. Directors have no idea as in sense how to lead and hence they sit there making no difference logically. Technologies used are outdated and one should skip this company rather than joining as a fresher (Hope this saves the genuinely deserving candidates who deserve a worthy company as a fresher).
