Many like Salary & Benifit, appraisal, Job Security, Micro Management. MD do not know the all team work but they want reporting in per ticket level. However ticket is not applicable in all case.

The practice leaders are approachable, understanding and empathetic.

Dislikes

Favouritism is at it's peak. Salary or increment is not also upto the mark. Scope of learning is at it's bottom. Hence, scope of growth is also stagnant.

It feels not just like personal achievement but also a reflection of the positive and supportive work environment in my organization.
