Favouritism is at it's peak. Salary or increment is not also upto the mark. Scope of learning is at it's bottom. Hence, scope of growth is also stagnant.

Many like Salary & Benifit, appraisal, Job Security, Micro Management. MD do not know the all team work but they want reporting in per ticket level. However ticket is not applicable in all case.

Unexpected firing, too much work pressure, the person who is having financial problems shouldn't join in this company because you don't have job security there.

Management is bias and worst management skills.. There is full of foolish people are in managerial position. Promotion and increment are not happen on the basis of talent, skill and hard work.. promotion and increment will happen on the basis of how you oil management. Postpone every year increase and we are not getting increment from the last three years...
