Salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Ceo is in USA and is a man child who likes the idea that he is a tech entrepreneur. Additionally, in Mohali he has two people who run it. There qualification is that they are the oldest and quietly listen to his attitude. Honesty, couple of monkeys can do a better job.

Interview process is very simple and Practical. Perks are good.

Dislikes

Job security is the main reason. In operations, not even single employee has tenure of more than 1 year. Targets are very high and most of the times we require to stretch the shift. Also, the computers systems and infrastructure is not good.

Not professional at all. Delaying payments. Bypassing freelancers platforms to be able to delay the salaries. Ignoring the communication with their former employees. I worked their for one week and then decided to resign. Agreed to 40 hours work/week and then they said it is 60 hours not 40
