Dislike about working at qualix information system LLP. Support team Performance is very poor. Support team not good communication site engineer. Overall pradeep is very un respectful Person he is drinkers drink wine tham after toke site engineer and abusing all site incharge.

Great for freshers as provides good opportunity for skill development and working environment is good.

Salary and other benefits are not upto the mark. but good from pov of fresher and market current status.

...nagement and company policies is not so good.Regarding 60 days of notice peroid.salary and variable and expense is not paying at a perticular time of duration.

The processes in the company are a bit slow, which causes delays in projects and tasks. If workflows and decision-making could be fast-tracked, it would improve both productivity and employee satisfaction.

I am working in this company since May 2017 to till now and I have completed more than 1 year During this time period I learnt many things related to my profile s/w Testing. Enviornment of Qualix is also familiar.

Dislikes

From my sight there is nothing which is bad or need to dislike. Every employee is good , Atmosphare and communication also more good..!! Better company for future growth.
