The processes in the company are a bit slow, which causes delays in projects and tasks. If workflows and decision-making could be fast-tracked, it would improve both productivity and employee satisfaction.

I am working in this company since May 2017 to till now and I have completed more than 1 year During this time period I learnt many things related to my profile s/w Testing. Enviornment of Qualix is also familiar.

Dislikes

From my sight there is nothing which is bad or need to dislike. Every employee is good , Atmosphare and communication also more good..!! Better company for future growth.

This organization ,teammates, seniors is very excellent and well nature, here I was get proper training, I feel my job secure here, and also one more important point salary increments is on time(no any little delay), I am very happy to work in this organization because lot of travelling I have done during my job, no any politics in working hour, good work environment

Worst place to work with a lots of people to discourage your self development. Employees got treated like hell here. The most worst thing about this place is its management who only thinks about the profits by screwing the employee. You will never find any activity towards the employee welfare here. They will harass you mentally like hell.

Not a single thing is there which someone can like. No employee welfare, No facility for self development, Late salary which depends on the mood of management.
