Work life balance is zero, here one person doing 3-4 person work also job security is zero , if they not need you then Suddenly hr calling you and force to submit the paper

It is worst experience for me.from Client end they take bulk amount for our job & work,but we will get very very salary from QK.job security is very poor.if suppose Client is escalating some issues means QK will get afraid and they will not give validate answer.what ever clients are telling they will agree & implementing.To clients they will beg for money.No extra bonus, allowance nothing u will get.mh suggestion is never ever choose this company.

Limited professional development programs, career advancement.Lack of mentorship and guidance for employees.No clear roadmap for growth, promotions.No recognition or reward programs for hard work.Lack of leadership skills and micromanagement. Inconsistent decision-making and favoritism. Poor conflict resolution neglect of employee concerns.Toxic work environment.

Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.

... they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
