If you are fresher can join with very low salary package if you have options choose other places. Experienced guy no need to join search other option. Because no job security if you are on bench, if you are on project too much work load. From client and internal team is non supporting. They will not pick your call also.

1. HR and Admin team is quite slow 2. Leaves are based on client policy 3. group medical policy is not that much good 4. Since working with client side there is less connect with HR
