Additionally, politics and personal vendettas dictate decision-making, with those in power playing games to undermine those they dislike. Furthermore, the lack of support from clients, coupled with their unprofessional behavior, exacerbates the challenges faced by the team. It's concerning to see clients prioritizing personal relationships over professionalism, as evidenced by one client who elevates the importance of their spouse above all else. Overall, the prevailing atmosphere at Quality Kiosk is one of stagnation and disillusionment, with little room for growth or recognition based on merit.
