Limited professional development programs, career advancement.Lack of mentorship and guidance for employees.No clear roadmap for growth, promotions.No recognition or reward programs for hard work.Lack of leadership skills and micromanagement. Inconsistent decision-making and favoritism. Poor conflict resolution neglect of employee concerns.Toxic work environment.

Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

Dislikes

...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.

... they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.

...lient exposure. Give chance for explore more with quality, skills and knowledge. Only Salary and some client side communication Gap should be taken in consideration for better development.

Politics and no close observation of HR personnel with employees who work at client side. Appraisal, rewards must be provided to deserving candidates than one who show up.

Need to complete certain training programs along with actual work Manager pushes you to complete trainings inspite of you having lots of work load Also they push you to push team leads working under you . employees just finish training for the sake of doing it without understanding anything Employees have to suffer a lot at client side . If employees take a stand then company ask you to search outside , HR Team is of no use , They will neither support you , nor protect you HR Team is just a puppet , they are only firing employees as per management instructions
