Sabotaging people here.. vandalism, back stabbing employees, Mr.Shiv khera specially have anger issues, salary have tds and other thing got cut off so you wont get anything for a month if your salary is lower than 25k, timing issue

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They have illogical office rules like employees are not allowed to talk to each other. There are no casual or sick leave system. They treat you Like freelancer but without any work flexibility. Office is ill managed. Management has no idea about what work to be done by whom. ..n yes the promoter doesn't believe in appraisal system.

Dislikes

The company is run by a motivational speaker who boasts such good things in his books and speeches but when it comes to real life example, he does not behave well with employees and tries to insult them at smallest of things. There are abnormal rules where a certain amount is deducted from employees salary one time for the training where they just ask u to read a manual in the name of training.
