Best is flexible work hours. Pay is also good.

Dislikes

Pretty bad politics. People will hit you from back and leave you on ground. No one will know. Seems some preferred employees have multiple personality disorders. All major layoffs were targeted towards employees who were just "disliked" by managers and not based on performance. Managers have made it like a old day job and come to office to show their face only. Employees are fighting like cats and dogs to get a promotion which in the end goes to relatives of Directors.

For IT infrastructure still legacy technologies are being used which will not provide much opportunities to grow towards latest cloud technologies.

Qualcomm provide better salary and benefits to employees.

Working environment is not good. I see lot of politics in my area. They targeting one employee in all situations. I given feedback to higher manager but I don’t see any difference. Even there is no encouragement.

Salary and other benefits are good only for engineering team.

They will use the people and throw out unless you are in good book with director or VP level. Everything is politics. Womenism - if your manager is women then your life becomes hell. They don't give respect
