Benefits are good, and salary, hike all of these are good. Offices are good too. Free food, cabs, are all nice.

The new CEO Christiano Amon is not good. He is ruining the work culture of Qualcomm by making it too difficult for employees to work. Policy changes are random and crazy at times.

Dislikes

Work becomes monotonous after 2years. Though enough learning opportunities are there in contrast with the internal job oppurtunities(IIT's ,NITs preferred in core work). if your are from tier2 or tier3 college career will be ruined ,we get mandane work. Some teams are redudant and there is no proper road map.

Dislikes

WLB is non-existent mostly. Managers unapologetically expect engineers to work extra hours every day, weekends also. If you prove you can do the task, brace yourself for more tasks citing efficiency as the reason. Stress is a regular affair.
