There are lot of employees at mid management who don't work and put all the pressure to front line workers. Company doesn't give any increment even after 5 years of working. Management doesn't take any action on non working employees. Management is just careless.

No skill or knowledge development while working on the job,you have to do what your manager say to do even though you are said to do manual work all the month you have no choice.

Management director constantly gives and forces to do the same donkey work task unlimited times.No knowledge or outcome from the work experience became too difficult to find next job for 4 months after leaving the company.

Manual frustrating brain torture work given to get it done in 1 hr . No skill or knowledge development here It became too difficult to find next job for me for more than 4 months.This company uses no software tools or technologies, your experience will not be considered in outside any companies.Dont stay here for more than 2-3 months your career will degrade and destroyed.
