There is very little to dislike. Cannot think of anything that is significant to say outright.

Friendly, focused and dynamic organization with a flat hierarchy. Opportunities to grow & learn on the job. International exposure and bright prospects.

Could do better in terms of employee benefits over and above CTC

The company has looked over their employees during worst time, that says a lot. If I can talk about positives of management, it would be arranging fun activities, which is very necessary when we are working so hard, a little break is appreciated. At start, there were not so employee based policies, however company has started looking for their employees now-a-days, which makes us work more enthusiastically.

Dislikes

Well, there are some pointers that company should look at, i wont go deep on it though. 1. Favoritism 2. Training for new modules. Soft skill Training Required. 3. I personally like doing new challenging work. However I don't get it. (Same Repeating Work) 4. Team Bonding Required. 5. Free Transport Required.

We have embraced change continuously for innovation and growth for all!!. The intent and action to change constantly made us successful in gracefully overcoming these tough times of pandemic and we have re-engineered ourselves to drive next level of growth! The management perception and willingness to explore the unexplored and support the employees in their innovation journey has taken us this far...A great journey so far...Many more milestones to achieve!

Company is readily acceptable for any new technology introduction in product. Regarding Job security its good as there are more than 40% employees over 5 yr in Qtech. They have good re-hire policy.

Dislikes

As the company is largely depends upon the product the underlying base technology is rarely changed. There are some new introduction to catch up the competition but there is long way to go. There is no proper structure of training/handover of the technology to new joinee unless you specifically ask the Manager or HR for the same. Appraisal mostly depends upon the politics and rarely on employee's work. Employee growth is minimalistic, on paper they might change the designation but no new responsibilities are given. They may hire new person for the post but won't promote the old employee.
