AC was good there and even office area is so small as you can touch every one's laptop in one go.

... with respect to work and hierarchy. HR and finance team are always unavailable. Salary date is also not fixed here. Cofounder is the worst person there as not even know how to talk to the colleagues.

...leagues are nice. * Almost politics free environment. * 5 days a week working. * Salary of previous month on time on 5th of next month. * Most of the clients and projects are US based. * Quarterly team lunch. * Annual foundation day celebrations. * Handholding support to on board new junior joinees.

Dislikes

* Work pressure. * Manager assigns any irrelevant work, doesn't matter whether your skills match the requirements or not. * Switches technology stack, so doesn't deserve experienced candidate.

on time salary,you can develop skills and learn many more thing (suggested for only freshers),5 day working.

Dislikes

no work life balance. you have to even work on saturday and sunday many times , no job security (they can call you any time and say you need not to come office from tomorrow), no work from home, leave policy is poor. notice period is 2 months , during notice period they stop processing your salary.

I worked here approx 2.5 year and it was really amazing. Team is very supportive. Top level management is always ready to help you. You can easily reach out to founders of the company, they are very supportive and helpful.

Work life balance issue , they are not giving appraisal on time , you can't take leave if you are client side they want 160 hr on any cost you can take more than 1 leave

Management is not good Egoistic management They can't listen you at all They just want you work If you are ill that time you have to work on weekend as well Otherwise they will fire you on call
