There is absolutely nothing to like about Qsource apart from 5 day a week work culture. This company is already sinking but the so called top management expects you to do wonderful ders. No work security at all. Also they dont have any relable or trusted clients.A sham company.

Dislikes

Top management pressurize a lot. No bonus. No HR engagement activities. No motivation.
