Nothing, just got lucky with few good colleagues who also had same experience as me they also left this pathetic, worst company within a year.

The work environment at QLB Marketing Insights is highly toxic and unprofessional. Internal politics overshadow merit, with promotions and leadership roles often given to those who engage in flattery rather than hard-working, deserving employees. The HR team, particularly Vaishali and Prajakta, is extremely rude and unapproachable, treating employees as if they are doing them a favor by paying their salaries. Their condescending attitude adds to the already hostile atmosphere, making employees feel undervalued and disrespected. Despite delivering high-quality work and receiving positive client feedback, employees are rarely rewarded with deserving raises, promotions, or incentives. The lack of support from managers, coupled with the CEO’s habit of bad-mouthing employees after resignation, solidifies the overall experience as nothing short of pathetic and toxic. Avoid working here if you value professionalism and respect in the workplace. QLB Marketing Insights shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. When my grandfather passed away suddenly, instead of offering support, they insisted I extend my notice period, showing no understanding or compassion for my personal loss. Additionally, the company has little regard for employee well-being, forcing you to travel even in extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain, regardless of whether you're in a different city. This lack of empathy and concern for employees’ personal situations highlights the toxic and heartless culture that prevails within the organization. It is an environment that prioritizes work over the basic human decency and respect employees deserve. Don't ever join this company🙏🏻

My Experience with this company was enirely negative. Despite working tirelessly like adonkey and completing all my responsibilites including serving the proper notice period. HR, particulary Vaishanvi , Acted Unprofessionally .Even after Explaining my family emergency as reason for my leaves , se falsely reported during my background verification that I was 'Least interested in work' this not only affected my career but also took a toll on my mental health

A place where you can learn and grow, working with QLB Marketing Insights I had and still learning a lot things that is uncountable. The environment of the organisation is very healthy, with all the seniors support from and help us to make independent in work.
